         Hello and welcome to another issue of Comic Book Consideration. This week we turn to Marvel and New Avengers Annual # 1.

Comic Book Consideration: DarkHorse's Ghost # 4

         The American Comic Book industry had had for many years a major indie influence and among them is this week's DarkHorse issue. Chosen at random from their catalog is Ghost. Having not read much Darkhorse this character appears to be a person that was killed and is a spirit living between the dead and life as they interact with people in this issue. Ghost unlike other similar characters in the industry is a women and so this issue deals with things a bit differently. As always their is plot information so read at your own risk.

Comic Book Consideration: IDW's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles # 35

         Hello and Welcome to Comic Book Consideration. This week I have picked an IDW comic to review and be considered and have randomly picked Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 35 from a hat. Moving to the back story of this Issue i must say I don't know a whole lot about the turtles outside of the 1990's movies and late 1980's early 19990's cartoon. This series by IDW seems to be a reboot of the team and the history of events that happened to them.

Site news and Updates June 2014

        Hello everyone it is time once again for some site news and updates on coming comics. First of all I would like to thank everyone who comes to the site and reads the material.

From the Vault: Adventure Comics # 333

            The comic starts one day when Superboy comes and visits the Legion. He only sees Triplicate Girl standing watch and wonders where the rest are. Triplicate Girl states several like Mon-EL are on missions and the others are working on a archaeological project and takes him to it. At the location in the Atlantic Phantom Girl has found a tablet with strange writing on it and asks Superboy to get it. Light Lass adds she will help and makes the rock light. They soon break it off and get to it. Brainiac 5 is eager to study it. Superboy looks at the tablet and sees that it speaks of a war between Krypton and Earth. Both Brainiac and Superboy are shocked by this. Brainiac tests it out to see if its a fake by radio-carbon dating it. The dating states it is millions of years old. At this Superboy resolves to go back in time and solve the mystery of this event.

From the Vault: Adventure Comics: 321

         The comic starts at the Legion Club house. Phantom Girl and Star Boy see that Saturn Girl has sounded a General Alarm. All the Legion is soon at the club house and Star Boy see's someone he does not recognize. It turns out it is Bouncing Boy who while exercising near Element Lad experiment pushed a switch on the matter-shrinking Projector. It made him slender but also rob him of his powers. The Legion after a vote do not expel him but give a place on the Legion Reserve group. Superboy who has been around listening that asks where Chameleon Boy and Triplicate Girl are.

  

Legion of Super-Heroes #21

         The comic starts on a Legion Space Cruiser on route to Earth in the 31st century. Brainiac Five and Element Lad are seeing the end of the last issue. Element Lad to it says. Brainy, the quark relays are connecting again-- We've got POWER! We're back in touch with Headquarters in METROPOLIS-- Or what's left of it!

Nova # 5

          The comic starts at Sam Alexander's house in Carefree Arizona and time is up. Sam talking says. I'm warning you, TITUS. Don't take ANOTHER step. Titus to this standing at full height says. What would you do, SPROUT? TALK me to death? Your FATHER liked to talk as well. Not anymore. You will turn over THE ULTIMATE NULLIFIER-- From the corner of his eyes Sam sees his skateboard and starts to hit it with his foot as Titus says. And I will consider NOT destroying you and-- With a TOK the skateboard causes the Helmet to fly from Titus hand and he says. No. Sam to this says. YES! grabs the helmet and puts it on saying. MY turn.

From the Vault: Adventure Comics 309

       The comic opens with the Legion of Super-heroes at School. This includes members away from school on missions. Saturn Girl informs us that Shrinking Violet on planet Xolnar and Superboy is back in his own time. Brainiac 5 then points out all the Legion members accounted for and it is time to scree new applicants.
       Sun Boy tells Rainbow Girl that she is rejected. However, he gives her a fly belt. Coming in after is Jungle King with a creature called a Borlat. We learn that he can control animals thanks to his farther and special rays. Suddenly the Borlat starts to charge him as he has stopped controlling it to tell his story. Sun boy is forced to daze it with his power. Because of this Jungle King is rejected and he leaves in a angry huff.

      The comic starts in Meropolis, Earth, in the 31st century and Cosmic Boy is standing in front of the Dominator embassy on Earth and is thinking. Close enough.. Don't want to get picked up by surveillance equipment. Now on the roof to see if there is metal to use his powers he thinks. Resistance over here... Lots of metal below.. Can't cut the Embassy off from etherfeed data, But without power... ANd boy, Do the Dominators LOVE using powers... As he uses his powers to turn the power off he thinks. Not that I'm shy about it in a good cause.

Legion Lost #10

          The comic starts in a Time Bubble with the Lost Legion in it. The narrator starts by saying. The TIME STREAM rages-- CHURNING and HAMMERING the speeding craft. Have only moments passed since these Lost LEGIONNAIRES entered this stolen TIME BUBBLE? Barely escaping the ANTARCTIC COMPLEX that served as the grand arena for THE CULLING? Only minutes since the joined the TEEN TITANS in battle against the Man-Monster HARVEST? Timber Wolf the first one to speak says. Awfully bumpy ride, Little bug. Gates at this says. Doing my best, Brin. Controls aren't responding properly. Off in a corner Wildfire asks. How did HARVEST ever manage to obtain a TIME BUBBLE-- Or all his other 31st century tech? Chameleon Girl at this says. Such questions should have been answered BEFORE we fled, WILDFIRE. Gates at this says. Not like we had a choice, Yera! Whole place was imploding around us. He then adds. Hang on! We may have overshot the mark by a few years, But we're HOME. WE"RE FINALLY HOME! Timber Wolf looking out says. Are we--?!

From the Vault Superboy vol 1 89

       The comic starts with Clark Kent and his family watching the stats when Clark spots a ship coming into the atmosphere. He changes over to Superboy and flies up to the ship and stops it from crashing. However as he lands with it the fuel tanks start to burst into flames and so he gets the boy trapped inside out of it of the craft and into safety.
